No we are owner operators of the business from start to finish

Do you have storage?

We have trusted self storage companies that we work closely with and can happily arrange it

Do you work Sundays and public holidays?

Yes we work 24/7 just let us know what you need and we can work it out

Do you pack?

We offer a packing service for your items into boxes usually the day before the truck arrives

What if I need to cancel/rearrange?

Please just keep us informed we understand that things change when moving house. If you cancel on the day or the truck arrives you will be invoiced for 2 hours to cover costs incurred

Payment

Payment is on the day with cash/eftpos

What is depot to depot and do you charge it?

Depot to depot is the time it takes the tuck to get to your property from the depot and from your property back to the depot so can usually be around an extra hour on your bill. We do not charge depot to depot. Only the time the guys are with you.

How do your hourly charges work?

We charge by the hour with no minimum and in 15 minute increments

Do you dismantle and reassemble furniture?

Yes we do, the team carry tools on board. However it saves on time if things like this are ready to be loaded on the day

How long will a move take?

There are many different factors with this, access to the properties, size of the properties, volume of items and how prepared you are. Things like boxes packed correctly, beds dismantled, smaller items packed neatly. Check out our tips page @……..

Do I need to provide anything?

The guys have trolleys, dolleys, blankets, ties and tools on board for a smooth move

Do you move plant pots?

We do, just don’t water them for a few days before. Be aware that plant pots take up floor space and can’t be stacked so can take up quite a bit of room if there are lots and plants can be fragile too so although as with all you items we take full care some branches may break in transit.

Do you provide packing boxes?

We do, we loan out 20 large and 20 small packing boxes within the CBD They may have been used before but are always in good condition to consider the environment and to keep costs to yourself down. They are delivered and collected at the other end. Unfortunately we can’t offer this service when moving outside of the CBD.

Do you offer a fixed price?

We charge an hourly rate for the best value for money for yourselves. If you are moving out of the CBD however we can work out a full truck price to you destination
