No we are owner operators of the business from start to finish

Do you have storage?

We have trusted self storage companies that we work closely with and can happily arrange it

Do you work Sundays and public holidays?

Yes we can, additional charges apply for weekends and Public holidays. Call or email our team with your enquiry.

Do you pack?

We offer a packing service for your items into boxes usually the day before the truck arrives

What if I need to cancel/rearrange?

Please just keep us informed we understand that things change when moving house. Cancellation fees will apply unless otherwise informed of changes to your move.

Payment

Payment is on the day with cash/eftpos

What is depot to depot and do you charge it?

Depot to depot is the time it takes the tuck to get to your property from the depot and from your property back to the depot

How do your hourly charges work?

We charge by the hour with no minimum and in 30 minute increments

Do you dismantle and reassemble furniture?

Yes we do, the team carry tools on board. However it saves on time if things like this are ready to be loaded on the day

How long will a move take?

There are many different factors with this, access to the properties, size of the properties, volume of items and how prepared you are. Things like boxes packed correctly, beds dismantled, smaller items packed neatly. Check out our tips page @……..

Do I need to provide anything?

The guys have trolleys, dolleys, blankets, ties and tools on board for a smooth move

Do you move plant pots?

Plants can be messy and take up floor space that can’t be stacked on top of. They are hard to strap into the truck and although we take the greatest care with them as we do all your belongings branches may snap and soil may not stay in the pot. If they are too wet, heavy or damaged we may decline to take them

Do you provide packing boxes?

No but a great tip for sourcing boxes is to visit your local recycling centre such as, Tamala park. They usually have used boxes in good condition for sale

Do you offer a fixed price?

We charge an hourly rate for the best value for money for yourselves. If you are moving out of the CBD however we can work out a full truck price to you destination
