I did a lot of research on removalists in Perth before I decided on Big Red. After speaking with Tracey, I felt comfortable straight away. The very high level of customer service was great to see. On the day of our move, The team were on time and super, super fast! I ended up telling them to slow down as we didn’t have keys for the new house yet! Delivery was just as good as the pick up – very quickly and safely completed. I will say this… Don’t ever challenge Matt to a game of Tetris! After seeing the way he packed his truck, he would win tetris every single time!

Our move on Sat 5th March went very smoothly, despite a few items not being able to fit onto the massive truck still! Apparently we had a record number of boxes. It was definitely the right decision to go with 3 boys rather than 2. Anyway, I would like to commend your 3 boys – Danny, Matt and Stuart for an incredible job. They were extremely efficient, professional and very friendly with a smile on their faces all the way until the end of the move. They were also extremely accommodating.

They made a potentially very stressful day for us so much easier and we could not have asked for a better removalist company. I have used quite a few number of removalist companies and I have to say your 3 boys were by the far the best boys we had to move our home for us.

This is our 5th move as a family in 10 years. It is the first move I have been able to convince my husband to use removalists. The issue was not wanting anyone else manhandling our belongings. This company removed this concerned 100%. The boys were so respectful of our belongings, fun to be around, and so hard working! I couldn’t believe they had another job to go to and repeat the effort! Right from the first assistance and the prompt supply of boxes (on a few occasions), I could not recommend your company highly enough. I will most certainly tell everyone I know them.

Everyone involved in our move was very professional, friendly and efficient. We needed two days to move due to distance and everything was done as it said it would be, on time, within the time frame. Nothing was too much trouble and for a great deal cheaper than the nearest competitor. We would definitely use these guys again and I have already referred their name to friends needing to move.
